Perfect for beginners or those who have kayaked before, this course in the beautiful surrounds of Meirionnydd is ideal for those that want to experience the thrill of learning to paddle a kayak. Your guide will make sure you learn quickly and safely before exploring the coastline. Whatever your ability, you will have a great day at a centre that excels in all outdoor activities.

LOCATION: Gwynedd (Wales)

AGENDA: Your instruction will start in the shallow waters and go through all basic skills in the shelter of the jetty, before going on a journey down the lovely surrounds of this, the largest natural lake in Wales, with you instructor.  Develop your skills, take in the stunning sights and revel in this unique way to experience the great outdoors.

NOTES: On purchasing this experience you will receive a voucher valid for at least ten months for one person. No experience is necessary. The minimum age is eight years, and participants will be grouped with others of a similar age and ability, unless otherwise requested. The maximum group size is ten participants, unless by prior arrangement. Spectators are welcome to visit although there is restricted viewing of the activities. If the weather conditions are unsuitable and the session is cancelled you will be offered an alternative experience, or the opportunity to rebook for another date.
