Microlights are small, light weight aircrafts designed like hang-gliders or small planes, they are stable, safe and superbly manoeuvrable. With this experience you will take a trip with an experienced pilot, who will teach you about microlights; how they work, their history and how to fly one. Once in the air you can take control of the aircraft and experience the thrill of piloting a microlight. This is a truly breathtaking experience, which is sure to be unforgettable.

LOCATION: Leven, East Yorkshire (North)

AGENDA: Upon arrival you will be briefed on the principles of microlight flying. From there you will be taken to the microlight for a general familiarisation of the layout and rundown of the controls. After this it's up, up and away for a 60 minute flight of a lifetime! Once in the air you will have the chance to take controls of the aircraft and so get the thrill of actually piloting.

NOTES: On purchasing this experience you will be issued a voucher valid for 10 months for one person; you are then free to call the flying school to book a lesson. The maximum weight for the experience is 14 stone. Minimum age for flying is 14 years old, however anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Flight time will be 60 mins, no previous experience is necessary. The experience is subject to availability and weather conditions on the day and so clients are advised to phone the morning of the lesson to check if it is safe to fly.
