PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION FOR ONE
A personal trainer can make a dramatic difference to your lifestyle. During this introductory session your personal trainer will design a program suited to your specific fitness level and goals. With the motivational encouragement of your personal trainer you will be more likely to work harder to achieve the goals that you have set. If you have never used a gym before, or if you have not been for a long time, this introductory personal training session may be exactly what you need to boost your confidence and get back in there!

AGENDA: You may attend one of a range of Bannatyne’s Health and Fitness Clubs across the UK for a session with a personal trainer. During the session your personal trainer will assess your current fitness and suggest a program tailored to your specific fitness level and goals. Your session is not planned by the hour but is judged by the quality of the workout so please allow plenty of time for your appointment.
NOTES: On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. This entitles you to a personal training session for one person. You are then free to book your chosen day at one of the locations given. Pre-booking is essential. All dates and times are subject to availability. You must arrive at the venue 30 minutes before your booked session. This experience is not suitable for those with high or low blood pressure. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer prior to taking part in the session. Please mention upon booking if; - You have ever had any injury, illness, back or joint condition that you may feel could be aggravated by exercise
- You have ever had Asthma, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Hernia, Dizziness, Gout, Circulation problems, Arthritis or an Ulcer
- You have ever had a heart condition, Stroke, Palpitations, Murmurs or pains in the chest
- Either of your parents or brother/sister had any heart problems prior to the age of 60
- You are pregnant or recently given birth
- You are taking any prescribed medicine
