Would you like to demystify dim sum? Or tackle Thai seafood? Join Angela Malik at Gaynes Hall for a day creating delicious dishes from the East. Gaynes Hall is a stunning Georgian mansion set in acres of parkland in the heart of the Cambridgeshire countryside - the ideal setting for an inspiring cookery day to remember.

LOCATION: Cambridgeshire (South East)

AGENDA: Your day begins with coffee, introductions and a briefing after which your cooking will commence in the professional catering kitchen. You will prepare a number of dishes to eat with your fellow students or take home to your friends and family. For the final course an accompanying wine will be served. NOTES: On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. You are then free to contact the cookery school direct to book your day.
