Visit the Greenwoods Hotel and Spa, a beautiful 17th Century Grade II listed manor house, with extensive landscaped gardens and a superb health and leisure complex. Your day of serious pampering will include full use of the spa facilities including the pool, sauna and gym. You will also enjoy a luxury facial, a back massage and a prescription manicure. LOCATION: Essex (South East)

AGENDA: Arrive at the hotel from around 9am. You can then luxuriate in the surroundings amid top facilities such as a 20 metre pool with spa and monsoon shower. Work out in the gym and unwind in the sauna and steam room. Included in this package is a luxury facial, a back massage and a prescription manicure. Also included is a two course lunch. You may stay until around 7pm.
