DINNER CRUISE ON THE THAMES FOR TWO
In the majestic glass roofed cruiser 'Symphony' begin a sumptuous and relaxing cruise down the Thames, one of the best known riverscapes in the World. From Shakespeare's Globe to the Thames Barrier, see hundreds of years of history come to life as you dine on the finest Mediterranean cuisine. Whether it's a sultry summer evening when you can enjoy your drinks at the stern or a dark winters night when the sky comes alive with twinkling lights, this experience is perfect for any celebration.
LOCATION: London (South East)
AGENDA: Arrive for boarding from 19.15 at the impressive glass pier on the Thames. Once seated you will be served your welcome drink of sparkling Kir The ship departs at 20.00hrs and the exact route depends on the tide times but you can expect to see most of the major Thames landmarks. During the cruise your dinner will be served to the tunes of the house band. Return to the pier at 22.45 for the guests to disembark.
NOTES: On purchasing this experience, you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. Menus and boats are subject to change. Please note that during January, the Symphony undergoes annual maintenance and the Naticia undertakes cruises instead. Furnished to an equally high standard, the Naticia does not have a glass roof but provides excellent views through it's picture windows. As a guide, your menu might include a cold starter or soup, refreshing water ice to cleanse the palate, a choice of main course and delicious desert followed by fresh filter coffee and chocolates. Not suitable for children under 12 years old. Smart dress is required and denim and trainers are not acceptable. The boat must keep to a strict timetable and so latecomers will be unable to board the vessel. Only the welcome drink is included in the price as part of this package but an extensive wine list is available on board. Certain dates are not available, including New Years Eve and Valentines Day.
