From his delightful 14th Century Hertfordshire home, Jean Christophe Novelli, the charismatic Michelin starred French chef and star of the latest series of Hell's Kitchen, will spend an informative and enjoyable day teaching you how to prepare some of his fabulous signature dishes as part of a seven course gourmet meal, and helping you choose matching wines. The course includes tastings and all equipment and ingredients.

LOCATION: Hertfordshire (South East)

AGENDA: On arrival Jean Christophe will explain the itinerary of the day before you don your apron and get to work in the kitchen. Under expert instruction and using only the finest ingredients and equipment, you will watch as a seven course gourmet meal being created. You will be sampling the food and wine as the day progresses. Take home recipe cards and all ingredients and equipment are included in the experience which lasts from approximately 10am until 6pm.

NOTES: On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. This voucher is valid for two people. This is a demonstration class, you will not be cooking yourself. Courses are suitable for anyone over the age of eighteen. The course itinerary is subject to change - check when booking to confirm the exact structure. Courses run on Saturdays throughout the year. As a guide there will be three courses every month, you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment. Due to the exclusive nature of this experience, availability may be limited. There will be a maximum of 20 people per course. Once booked, dates are non refundable and non exchangeable. Please advise of any food allergies when booking.
